About Us
Our Speech-Language Pathologists are all board certified by the State of Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. They utilize expertise and knowledge of phonological, language, fluency, and articulation disorders, as well as dysphagia, feeding, and other oral motor disorders to develop an individual treatment plan for each child.
Lauren A. Ludwick, MS, CCC-SLP
Lauren is the co-founder of AAD and our Director of Speech Therapy Services. Lauren graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She received her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to founding AAD, Lauren worked as a speech-language pathologist in Early Childhood Intervention, the Houston Independent School District, and in private home health care. Lauren is a current member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
